Java instant messenger: JIM
JIM, by Jeffrey Ketterer and Austin Click, is a Java server/client instant messaging program. Both the client and the server are free, and anyone can run a server.

Its Jeffrey, and right now we are working hard on another project, for BPA, Business Professionals of America. (check it out at www.bpa.org) and we have to make a huge banking program, which is currently hogging our time. Soon we will continue work on this, as of now we plan on releasing a chat room version very soon.
